Use of Cookies

In order to improve our Service and the Website and provide more convenient, relevant experiences to our users, we and our vendors may use "cookies", "web beacons", and similar devices to track your activities. A cookie is small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card and enables us to record your passwords, profile and preferences. A web beacon is a small transparent "GIF" image that is embedded in an HTML page or email used to track when the page or email has been viewed. A similar device may be used by which a product, service or functionality may send data to a server when a set of user-initiated events occur (such as after clicking a button on the Website or in an email). This device is similar to a cookie in that it tracks your visit and the data can only be read by the server that receives the data. It is different than a cookie in that it is not browser-based, may not function as an identification card and does not store any data on your computer. While BoostUpTM uses cookies and similar devices to track your use of the Website and the Service, such as the number of downloads, types of Service used, and how many users we receive daily, and while our web servers automatically log the IP/Internet address of your computer, we do not generally use this information to identify you personally. However, if you expressly provide consent for the Website or the Service to remember you when you log into your account, that unique identifier will be stored on a cookie on your computer and that unique identifier will be linked to your information. As a result, your navigation path around the Website and the Service will be tracked by BoostUp for the purposes intended herein.

The BoostUpTM Website contains embedded 'share' buttons to enable Users to share content with friends through social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter. These sites may set a cookie when you are logged in to their service. We do not control the setting of cookies from these websites. Please check the third-party websites for more information about their cookies and how to manage them.

Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies and similar devices. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or similar device, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it, though this may preclude you from using the Website. To find out more about cookies, including how to see which cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, visit

Tracking/Do Not Track

When you visit a website (such as the BoostUpTM Website), your browser automatically shares certain information with that website, such as your IP address and other device information. Some of this information may also be sent to third-party content providers (for example: advertisers, website analytic companies, etc.) that provide content on the website. Such sharing may allow the website and/or content providers to track you over time and across multiple websites.

Today, many browsers offer Do Not Track plugins that allow you to express a preference that you not be tracked, and that tell websites that you visit, by sending an electronic beacon, this preference. At this time, BoostUp’s Website does not respond to Do Not Track beacons sent by browser plugins.

We restrict access to non-public personal information to employees on a "need to know" basis only. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your non-public personal information. We may provide aggregate, non-personally identifiable data about the usage of our services to third parties or partner companies that we have joint marketing agreements with for such purposes as we deem, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate. These arrangements give you the opportunity to receive additional products or services from us or third parties. However, no non-public personal information about you will be intentionally shared, disclosed or sold to any third party not affiliated with us.

We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Third Party Advertising

Advertisements that appear on BoostUpTM are sometimes delivered (or "served") directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. These third party advertisers may also download cookies to your computer, or use other technologies such as JavaScript and "web beacons" (also known as "1x1 gifs") to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. Doing this allows the advertising network to recognize your computer each time they send you an advertisement in order to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. In this way, they may compile information about where individuals using your computer or browser saw their advertisements and determine which advertisements are clicked. We do not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertisers.
